From Bioazul we organize a free workshop on Circular Economy in public and private contracts on September 22, 2022 within the framework of the Greencities forum at the Trade Faris & Congress Center of Malaga. The aim of the workshop is to introduce participants to the topic of circular purchasing, both public and private, and ways to raise awareness of this topic in their own organization. The event is part of the InCEPPP project, financed by the Erasmus+ programme under the framework of the European Commission, which aims to create and evaluate methodologies for the circular economy in public and private procurement.
During the session, the results of the project will be presented and an introduction to the subject will be made. We will have the opportunity to talk about Innovative Public Procurement with circular criteria and how circularity is being integrated into cities. We will also have speakers who will share inspiring experiences in the introduction of circular economy criteria in contracting.

Who is it for?
This event is aimed at people who are interested in integrating the Circular Economy in their organization, applying circular criteria in private purchases or tenders. For this reason, the workshop will be especially interesting for people working in positions of responsibility in private companies, such as purchasing managers or managers, as well as people working in public administrations who, through their work, want to broaden their knowledge of Circular Economy and the application of criteria shopping circulars. Likewise, this workshop is aimed at people who, in addition to learning about the subject, seek to raise awareness and train other people, inside or outside their organization, about the importance and the best way to include circular criteria in purchases.
